Outlook Mobile - Add A Shared Mailbox

BOAZ Best Practice is to use the Microsoft Outlook Mobile App to access Shared Mailboxes
Make sure you are signed in to the Mobile Outlook app as an authorized user for that shared mailbox.
  1. Open Outlook Mobile Apps
    1. Tap the Account Icon in the top Left Corner
    2. Tap the "Plus - Add Account" Button
    3. Tap "Add Shared Mailbox"

    4. Type in the Shared Mailbox you are trying to access
      1. If more than one account is setup in the Outlook Mobile App, it will prompt on which account has access the shared mailbox.
    5. That's it!
