Outlook Mobile - Setup Your Microsoft 365 Account - Android & iOS

  1. Android Mobile Setup

    1. Search for & Download the "Outlook Mobile" App on your phone or follow the link below
      1. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.office.outlook
      2. If you are just downloading the Outlook Application for the first time tap "Get Started" and go to step 6 if not continue on.
    2. Tap Menu (Top Left)

    3. tap Settings. (Bottom Left)

    4. On the Settings Screen, tap ”+ ADD ACOUNT”

    5. Tap “Add an Email Account”

    6. Enter your Email Address and tap “Continue”. If prompted for “Work or Personal” choose “Work”

    7. Enter your super secret password and tap “Sign In”

    8. If Successful, you will see the account there.

  2. iOS Mobile Setup

    1. Download the Outlook App from the App Store
      1. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-outlook/id951937596
    2. Tap the Outlook app
      1. If this is the first time setting up an account in Outlook, Start with Step 1.
      2. If you are adding an account go to Step 5
    3. Enter your Email Address and tap “Add Account”

    4. Enter your super secret password and tap “Sign In”

    5. Tap Menu (Top Left)

    6. and tap Settings. (Bottom Left)

    7. On the Settings Screen, tap ”Add Mail Account”.

    8. Tap “Add Email Account”

      2. If you are adding an additional account, go to Steps 3-4
    9. You account should be setup. Tap “Maybe Later”
