NinjaOne - How to Use NinjaOne Remote

The following article shows how to finish setup and login to a newly created NinjaOne Remote account

Initial Setup

  1. You should have received an email similar to the one shown below.
  2. Click the  "Accept Invitation" button.
  3. You will be redirected to boaztech.rmmservice.com where you will be asked to create a password. Go ahead and create a password that you will use in future to login to NinjaOne and then click "Submit"
  4. Now you will be asked to select a Multi Factor Authentication Method. This will be used as a way to verify you are the one logging in and will be required at ever login. Our recommended is to select SMS from the dropdown which will set it up so that you receive a text code every time you try to login to your NinjaOne account.
  5. You will then be texted a code that you will need to input to verify your phone number we have on file is correct. Input the code then click "Sign in"

Using NinjaOne Remote

Once you have finished the initial account setup then you will have access to remote into your device(s)
  1. Once signed in you will be able to see a list of devices you have access to. To remote into your device click the NinjaOne Remote ICON shown in the picture below next to the device you would like to remote into.

  2. On your first time trying to connect you will be asked to install NinjaOne Remote. Click on "64-bit".
  3. Open the downloaded file and check " I have read and accepted the EULA" and the Install
  4. Wait for the install to finish and then click "Done"
  5. After the install has finished go back to your web browser and close out of the pop-up window.
  6. Try to connect back into your device again by clicking the NinjaOne Remote ICON shown in the picture below next to the device you would like to remote into.
  7. The first time you connect a pop-up will show at the top of the window. Check the check box and click Open.
  8. You should now be remote into your desired device.
Idea
To login in future you will go to boaztech.rmmservice.com and input your email and password.
