Request Help Submit Ticket via SysTray Icon
This article shows how to submit a ticket with our remote software.
**If you do not see our icon, you can always email help@boaz.tech for support or sales request.

When submitting a ticket this way, it logs and shows us the exact workstation you are on.
This helps us quickly ID the exact workstation and gives us a "snapshot" of the time.
Locate the “BOAZ SysTray”
Location our icon on the bottom right of your Taskbar.
If you don’t see it, click on the arrow (circled in red in the image below) to "show hidden icons".


Provide as much detailed information as you can. This helps us quickly address and troubleshoot your issue.
Enter your name and email.
- Click “Remember my details” to save your contact information.

Click "Send"
