Delegate Access - GoDaddy (Customer Facing)

Prerequisite: You will need the customer's GoDaddy login information or access to the account on their device.

  1. Sending the Delegate Access Request

  2. Login to GoDaddy With Customer Information

    2. Login using the customers Credentials.

    3. You may need to complete an authentication challenge if MFA is enabled on the account.
    1. Navigate to the account settings

    2. Choose the account settings drop down and select delegate access
    3. Choose to "invite to access" under the "people who can access my account" option.

    4. Fill out the information of who will receive access to the domain as shown below and then select what level of privileges will be granted.

        1. Name = BOAZ
        2. Email = cloud@boaz.tech
    5. Click "Invite"
