Adding Profile Information For Exclaimer
Exclaimer is an email signature tool that allows for email signatures to be standardized across all email users. This article will go over how email users can edit their profile information to be used in fields for Exclaimer. Fields can be used in a custom signature that will be applied to several users to make the signature display the correct information for each sender.
Navigating to the Profile Editor for Outlook on the Web
- Navigate to https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/mail/
- Click "new email"
- From the ribbon at the top of the email, click on the Exclaimer button.
- From the Exclaimer menu, you can preview your available signatures and choose a signature to use for the email you are drafting or you can choose "manage your personal details" to edit the profile information for your account.
- Next click "sign in with Microsoft" and sign in with your M365 login information.
- From the next page that comes up, you can adjust your profile information.
Navigating to the Profile Editor for Outlook (Classic) Desktop Version
- Open your Outlook application on your desktop.
- Click "new email"
- From the ribbon, you should see exclaimer and be able to choose it.
- If you do not see exclaimer, click the arrow on the right side and choose "classic ribbon"
- From the Exclaimer menu, you can preview your available signatures and choose a signature to use for the email you are drafting or you can choose "manage your personal details" to edit the profile information for your account.
- Next click "sign in with Microsoft" and sign in with your M365 login information.
- From the next page that comes up, you can adjust your profile information.
